For pellets there is everything .. an extra attention to bags of pellets is normal even if for many it may be trivial, for others not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La bombola che normalmente mi dura 6 mesi mi è durata 1 mese, mi mandano il tecnico perché secondo loro ho una perdita nell'impianto, il tecnico non riscontra alcuna perdita ma la bombola non mi viene sostituita comunque!!! Al telefono il titolare non mi fa finire di parlare e mi dice che sono problemi miei cosa ci ho fatto col gas!!! Giudicate voi....
The tank that normally lasts me 6 months has lasted me 1 month, they send me the technician because according to them I have a leak in the plant, the technician does not find any loss but the cylinder is not replaced me anyway !!! On the phone the owner does not let me finish talking and tells me that my problems are what I did with the gas !!! Judge for yourself ....
