★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma il personale di Uniero viene pagato per essere scortese?
Stamattina chiamo per avere informazioni sul tracciamento di un ordine effettuato essendo passati 5 giorni lavorativi, mi risponde un ragazzo chiedendo:
"cosa ha ordinato?", rispondo di aver acquistato uno smartphone, con tono molto seccato ribatte "si vabe grazie, che numero d'ordine?",
Dopo di che mi dice che il mio Pacco è stato spedito (cosa che sapevo già dall'app, la mia domanda era un'altra), io ribadisco che vorrei sapere se arriva in giornata o meno. Per concludere in bellezza esclama " eh vabbè venerdì sarà qua, se non lo vuoi non lo ritiri".
Ci tengo a precisare non ho mai usato un tono scortese.
Complimenti per invogliare ad acquistare nel vostro punto vendita!
But are Uniero staff paid for being rude?
This morning I call to get information on the tracking of an order placed after 5 working days have passed, a guy answers me asking:
"what did you order?", I reply that I have bought a smartphone, with a very annoyed tone he replies "yes, thank you, what order number?",
After which he tells me that my package has been shipped (which I already knew from the app, my question was another), I repeat that I would like to know if it arrives within the day or not. To conclude with a flourish he exclaims "oh well, Friday will be here, if you don't want it, don't pick it up".
I want to clarify I have never used a rude tone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto in cui ci torno mal volentieri, staff assente, attese lunghe per fare anche una semplice domanda, prezzi elevati rispetto a molti altri negozi dello stesso genere. Mi auguro sempre, ogni volta che torno, che le cose siano cambiate. Sbaglio ogni volta.
Place where I unwillingly come back, staff absent, long waits to ask even a simple question, high prices compared to many other shops of the same kind. I always hope, every time I come back, that things have changed. I am wrong every time.

I dipendenti sono tutti scortesi e antipatici, soprattutto quello con i capelli grigi, ogni volta che chiedevo una formazione riguarda a un PC mi parlava in modo come se fosse irritato.
TO AVOID, I never set foot in it anymore.
The employees are all rude and unpleasant, especially the one with the gray hair, whenever I asked for a training regarding a PC he would talk to me in a way as if he were irritated.
