★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente inaffibidale.chiamato di continua ogni giorno dal 4 Agosto per un guasto al condizionatore alla scheda di comunicazione tra il motore e lo splitter dopo almeno 8 appuntamenti andati a vuoto e sollecitazione Si palesa finalmente al 20 senza scheda giusto per verificare il guasto segnalato dallo splitter con codice errore. Al 1 settembre siamo ancora in attesa di una sua chiamata col pezzo di ricambio.
Totally ungainly. Continuous call every day from August 4th due to a fault in the air conditioner to the communication card between the motor and the splitter after at least 8 failed appointments and solicitation. It finally appears at 20 without the right card to verify the fault reported by the splitter with error code. As of September 1, we are still awaiting a call with a spare part.

Preferisco stare senza acqua calda che rivolgermi a questi soggetti.
I call, make an appointment and they don't show up, without notifying. I call them back, after the weekend without hot water, and I hear the sarcastic tone of the lady on the phone, I don't know if employee or owner but zero professionalism. I prefer to be without hot water than to address these subjects.
