★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un cellulare Xiaomi , dopo 2 mesi È comparsa una striscia sullo schermo l’ho portato indietro in assistenza ed è un mese che c’è l’hanno loro ! Accusandomi di esser caduto in acqua non rispondono della garanzia , mi dicono che l’assistenza è a pagamento …. Non comprerò più nulla ! Sconsiglio !
I bought a Xiaomi mobile phone, after 2 months A stripe appeared on the screen I took it back for assistance and they have been there for a month! Accusing me of having fallen into the water, they are not responsible for the guarantee, they tell me that the assistance is subject to a fee .... I will not buy anything anymore! I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo centro Vodafone gli unici a cui mi affido perchè sono ben preparati in tutto, cordiali e risolvono qualsiasi problema. Praticamente avevo attivato tramite operatore del 190 la fibra volendo associare anche il cellulare però dopo tanti tentativi mi hanno attivato solo la fibra senza family e cosi ho conosciuto il centro, il ragazzo che ha seguito il mio caso ha subito fatto la convergenza e risolto immediatamente il problema, sim attiva e associata al telefono di casa. Insomma meglio recarsi fisicamente al centro e cosi da allora sto facendo perchè è molto più semplice, non ci sono incomprensioni e se si hanno dubbi e incertezze fanno capire meglio. lo dico per esperienza che ho perso giornate intere dietro il call center anche solo per disattivare un semplice servizio perchè un operatore disattivava una cosa e un'altro ne attivava un'altra insomma confusione totale cosa che non mi è mai successa al negozio anche per un Extender super wifi che ho preso in prova 30 giorni, l'ho restituito semplicemente e hanno fatto tutto loro senza spedizioni e perdite di tempo. Appena adesso sono tornato dal centro che sono andato a convertire una sim fisica in e-sim in 5 minuti hanno fatto tutto e già la e-sim è attiva e funziona perfettamente. E che altro dire consigliato al 100%

I say this from experience that I lost whole days behind the call center just to deactivate a simple service because an operator deactivated one thing and another activated another, in short, total confusion, something that has never happened to me in the shop even for a Super wifi extender that I took on trial for 30 days, simply returned it and they did it all without shipping and wasting time. As soon as I returned from the center I went to convert a physical sim into an e-sim in 5 minutes they did everything and the e-sim is already active and working perfectly. And what else to say 100% recommended
