★ ★ ★ ★ ★ persona scortese e a mio avviso poco professionale e al momento del ritiro dell'auto la trovo senza carburante e all'interno dell'auto trovo uno scontrino di un parcheggio a 15 km di distanza dall'officina,entrata nel parcheggio il 24/04 alle ore 17:00 e uscita dal parcheggio il 26/04 alle ore 08:30

Il tecnico secondo me è un genio, perché mi ha risolto il problema . In più è cortese , disponibile e professionale.

I went to this workshop for the first time to have the LPG system checked. I often had an engine failure warning light.
In my opinion the technician is a genius, because he solved the problem for me. Plus he is courteous, helpful and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la macchina per un controllo, dato che ultimamente si accendeva con difficoltà e il radiatore rimaneva attivo per diverso tempo dopo averla spenta. Hanno risolto tutto in relativamente poco tempo e ci hanno spiegato nel dettaglio cosa era successo, quindi da questo punto di vista sono stati professionali. Sono stati indubbiamente meno cristallini sul prezzo complessivo: ad esempio, la manodopera è venuta meno del termostato (che in una rapida ricerca su internet aveva un costo di molto inferiore a quello che ci hanno fatto pagare).
I took the car for a check, as it has been starting with difficulty lately and the radiator would stay on for some time after turning it off. They solved everything in a relatively short time and explained to us in detail what had happened, so from that point of view they were professional. They were undoubtedly less crystal clear on the overall price: for example, labor fell short of the thermostat (which in a quick internet search cost much less than what they charged us).
