Mi dicono di fare un salto da loro che, ci daranno un'occhiata. Son di strada ed in 5 minuti son già lì. Subito me lo smontano ma gli manca la pila. Vanno a rifornirsi, spiegandomi i motivi del prolungarsi. Ore 9:00 me lo riconsegnano con pila nuova. Velocità e disponibilità. Grazie mille. Ho ricevuto accoglienza, attenzione ed assistenza oltre le aspettative. Sia in ufficio accettazione che imeccanici in officina hanno compreso la mia urgenza e, nonostante non fossero li con le mani in mano ad aspettare ma gia al lavoro impegnati su altre auto sono comunque riusciti ad intervenire subito e con gentilezza professionalità risolvendo i problemi della mia auto in meno di un ora. Desidero ringraziare tutta l'organizzazione dell'Autofficina Ravasi" non solo per l'ottimo servizio ma anche perla competenza e la disponibilità dimostrate... cose per nulla scontate soprattutto a Monza il 10 di agosto. Consigliato! This morning I went to the Ravasi workshop for the first time with the car broken down. I received welcome, attention and assistance beyond expectations. Both in the acceptance office and the mechanics in the workshop understood my urgency and, although they were not there with their hands waiting but already at work busy on other cars, they still managed to intervene immediately and with professionalism and kindness solving the problems of my car in less than an hour. I would like to thank the entire organization of the Ravasi Garage "not only for the excellent service but also for the competence and availability shown ... things that are not at all obvious, especially in Monza on 10th August. Recommended!

La prima volta avevano sbagliato a ordinare il pezzo (avevano ordinato il pezzo di destra e non di sinistra). Seconda volta sbagliano il colore. Un’Odissea per un intervento elementare. Per di più abbastanza antipatici. I went to them to change the rear of the mirror that had blown off.
