Giunsi a Francavilla al mare, con la mia famiglia, in un pomeriggio caldissimo del mese di agosto con destinazione verso un appartamento, preso in affitto, a pochi metri dal mare. Con mia grande sorpresa e costernazione, scoprii che il frigo non raffreddava ed il ventilatore a piantana non dava segni di vita! Con il mio Pc cercai disperatamente un tecnico che potesse risolvermi quei problemi che, per me e la mia famiglia, erano di primaria importanza! Telefonai quindi ad Euroassistenza e mi rispose il titolare, di nome Gianni che, con estrema gentilezza, mi conquistò all'istante. Erano già le ore 19 circa, quando giunse al mio indirizzo ed in meno di un'ora riparò il frigo portandosi via il ventilatore che mi riconsegnò il giorno dopo perfettamente funzionante. Il costo delle riparazioni fu così irrisorio che mi sento in dovere di segnalarlo alle persone che dovessero leggere questa recensione. Grazie ancora Gianni! The summer of 2015 was hot and muggy as we all can remember! I arrived in Francavilla al mare, with my family, on a very hot afternoon in August, heading towards an apartment, rented out, a few meters from the sea. To my surprise and consternation, I discovered that the fridge did not cool and the standing fan gave no signs of life! With my PC I desperately looked for a technician who could solve those problems that, for me and my family, were of primary importance! I then telephoned to Euro-assistance and the owner replied, named Gianni who, with extreme kindness, won me over instantly. It was already around 7 pm, when he reached my address and in less than an hour he repaired the fridge taking away the fan that returned to me the next day perfectly working. The cost of repairs was so insignificant that I feel compelled to report it to people who should read this review. Thanks again Gianni!

Ne avevo visti diversi ed in negozi molto grandi ma con quella profondità ne trovavo solo di piccoli. Invece qui ho trovato il frigorifero ideale per i miei spazi con una capacità quasi da grande. Gianni molto disponibile e competente. Recently bought a refrigerator. Having limited space I was looking for a refrigerator with a depth of only 55cm. I had seen several and in very large shops but with that depth I found only small ones. But here I found the ideal refrigerator for my spaces with an almost large capacity. Gianni very helpful and competent.

Inizialmente avevo bisogno di una stufa a pellet per il mio salone, ma in seguito attraverso suo consiglio sono riuscita ad avere la magnifica stufa a Legna "AURORA". Devo assolutamente dire che il riscaldamento è efficente, e duraturo; inoltre il proprietario si è messo a completa disposizione per la pulizia periodica della stufa! Cos'altro dire? Se si ha bisogno di efficenza , qualità e anche perche no ?gentilezza ..non esitate a rivolgervi a Euroassistenza!!! This small but well-stocked store, whose owner Gianni has been able to give me the best advice, has fully satisfied my needs. Initially I needed a pellet stove for my salon, but later on through his advice I managed to get the magnificent "AURORA" Wood stove. I must say that the heating is efficient, and lasting; moreover, the owner has made himself available for periodic cleaning of the stove! What else to say? Compreso nel prezzo anche il trasporto, montaggio e ritiro dell'usato. Una volta a casa mi ha sistemato pure l'antenna della TV senza ulteriori costi. Consigliatissimo. Purchased Beko washing machine. Very honest prices lower than the large distribution. The owner is helpful, precise and very professional. The price also includes transport, assembly and collection of used items. Once at home he even fixed the TV antenna for me at no additional cost. Highly recommended.
