Quick and efficient service, the piston spring I purchased is not readily available so I solved a problem. At the moment it has not been mounted yet but I am confident of the quality.

She had nothing but a photo of the pizzelles she was trying to duplicate, and based on this, Christian (a representative from Mancini and Mancini) was able to locate the necessary model and have it adapted to US voltage. She mentioned that all emails were answered promptly and courteously, and that the item arrived carefully packaged and according to her specifications. My mom was impressed with the stellar service, and I am thrilled that the search for her white whale of an Italian cookie maker is now over. We both look forward to ordering from Mancini & Mancini in the future.
