Ordino un robot tagliaerba Stihl 422 con kit di filo perimetrale compreso, come da loro descrizione sul sito (foro 1). Ordine fatto al 09/03/2022. Il sito indicata 6pz disponibili con consegna in 3-5 gg lavorativi. Dopo aver fatto il bonifico, vengo contattato via whatsapp dall'operatore il quale mi informava per misteriosi motivi che il robot Stihl era terminato ma andava in ri-assortimento per fine Marzo, massimo primi di Aprile. Informo solo che dopo varie vicissitudini il robot è arrivato a fine Aprile, senza kit. Il kit era un errore de loro sito..... Senza parole. Pochi seri.
Bad experience.
I order a Stihl 422 robotic lawnmower with perimeter wire kit included, as per their description on the site (hole 1). Order made on 09/03/2022. The site indicated 6pcs available with delivery in 3-5 working days. After making the transfer, I am contacted via whatsapp by the operator who informed me for mysterious reasons that the Stihl robot was finished but was being re-assorted by the end of March, maximum early April. I only inform you that after various vicissitudes the robot arrived at the end of April, without kit. The kit was a mistake of their site ..... Speechless. Few serious.
