But restaurant: breakfast below average and rare fresh fruits, unfriedly waiters, expensive and limited food for lunch and dinner (1 Star)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible services for a 5 stars hotel.After paying 100eur per night you might think that you'll get what you paid for. At the pool bar the personnel is rude & slow,out of 4 employees 3 watch and one works.Even at the pool itself you have more restrictions than permissions, dirty toilets and ending up with poor WIFI signal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give the maximum if the hotel was a 2 stars but for a 5 stars hotel I'm very disappointed. Lack of personnel at reception which is at least is gentle and prepared, at the pool people are too many but actually only one works whilst the main guy looks as it is not his own business taking care of our requests. Flies everywhere probably due to the horses racecourse behind the structure. Rooms are large but furniture didn't look high standards, AC wasn't possible to be set up and mattress is hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel and Rooms are modern and OK. For breakfast only one star: only one kind of bread, baguette. No toast or other typical Italien bread. One kind of cheese, no salami or prosciutto! Only ham.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hardly anyone here at the end of October but 20-25c. Outdoor pool "closed" but the gate wasn't locked so we went in anyway. Nice clean modern rooms. Amazing pastry buffet for breakfast but the fresh fruit was not ripe and they ran out of green tea bags. Lovely to see the horses being exercised at the track from the amazing glass sided breakfast room but you definitely need a car as there isn't anything in walking distance. Family friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is no where near the 5 stars it claims to be. The rooms are looking dated and the hotel was like a ghost town with not a soul around. The spa Facilities are €25 per person and you have to buy a €3 cap if you wish to use the pool. The outdoor pool was really dirty and facilities are poor. The TV in our room didn’t work, no bath robes, no slippers, no complimentary water, not tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast is fairly basic and if you would like a fried egg you have to pay extra. I will never be staying at this hotel again. Must be investigated for false 5 star advertisement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing, nowhere near a 5 star hotel, here's why:
- located in the middle of nowhere and is part of a horse racecourse which wasn't clear on the website
- the entrance to the hotel is difficult to find, it's not sign posted well
- the restaurant is overpriced and food was bland
- breakfast was hugely disappointing, with a limited selection and the tables were not set up so we had to do everything ourselves.
- bedroom us outdated, furniture old with a lot of wear and tear and the mattresses were very uncomfortable.
The children enjoyed seeing the horses in the morning whilst they trained from our room window, would have been noce if they offered horse riding lessons.
The only slightly good thing was the pool, however there was nobody cleaning up after customers left so we turned up to seats with crisps and lolly sticks on grounds and seats. The grates around the pool were also dirty.
