Durante il viaggio ne gli hotel ne i ristoranti erano quelli corrispondenti al programma stabilito.
La marcelletti aveva avvisato le varie agenzie di un over Booking ma a quanto pare alla etir viaggi non è interessata questa comunicazione facendo pagare lo stesso importo di altre persone che alloggiavano in hotel a 5/4 stelle.
Da evitare assolutamente per la poca professionalità e serietà.
I booked a trip to Mexico, with Marcelletti Viaggi, the proposal was that of a trip to a 5/4 star hotel with a restaurant suitable for the type of reception.
During the trip, neither the hotels nor the restaurants were those corresponding to the established program.
Marcelletti had notified the various agencies of an over Booking but apparently etir Viaggi is not interested in this communication by charging the same amount to other people who were staying in 5/4 star hotels.
To be avoided absolutely due to the lack of professionalism and seriousness.
