Molto infastidita, penso, dal fatto che viaggiassi senza tour. Sono stata sfortunata, viste le ottime recensioni oppure la scortesia di Roma ha infettato anche i giapponesi, famosi per la loro gentilezza. Dicono che riaccreditano il Lunedì successivo alla riconsegna dei JRP a meno che quel giorno non sia di festa, sono 2 Lunedi feriali che passano senza nulla di fatto, ora ci sarà la Befana di Lunedì quindi passerà un mese? In tutto questo nemmeno rispondono al telefono sia di Roma che di Milano dopo che la segreteria specifica gli orari da noi rispettati. Avranno fatto il ponte lungo? Poco seri e aspetto ancora 400 euro! Cercavo un’agenzia specializzata in viaggi in Giappone e che mi permettesse di creare un itinerario ad hoc, e con H.I.S. ho trovato esattamente quello che cercavo. Ci ha seguiti Simona Bilotto che ringrazio tanto per la competenza, la disponibilità e la simpatia. È stato tutto organizzato nel dettaglio e ogni mio “desiderio” circa esperienze da fare ecc. è stato esaudito. Abbiamo pure avuto un’emergenza che ci ha costretti a spostare il viaggio e Simona in quattro e quattr'otto ha riorganizzato velocemente il tutto levandomi dal panico. Una volta in Giappone non abbiamo avuto problemi di alcun tipo perché l’organizzazione e i consigli che ci sono stati dati ci hanno dato la serenità giusta per goderci la luna di miele. Oltre all’ottima comunicazione, sempre importante quando organizzi un viaggio, ho ricevuto un servizio ben sopra le aspettative. I nostri biglietti per il JR PASS sono arrivati velocemente e corredati di una dettagliatissima spiegazione per orientarsi con la prenotazione dei mezzi di trasporto in giappone. Essendo il secondo viaggio in Giappone, devo dire che consiglio al 100% H.I.S ed in futuro mi rivolgerò sempre a loro. L’unico rammarico è non averli conosciuti per il viaggio precedente, in cui ci siamo trovati un pochino in difficoltà, vuoi per la lingua e vuoi per l’inesperienza. E	Elia Barone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ufficio è situato all'interno dell'ambasciata Argentina e dall'esterno non ho notato cartelli che chiarissero la presenza del suddetto, ad ogni modo il militare all'ingresso e il portiere hanno saputo indirizzarmi correttamente verso il terzo piano. L'ufficio in cui si entra è molto pulito e trasmette un senso di ordine che, assieme all'accoglienza della dipendente che mi ha ricevuto, rendono bene il legame col Giappone dell'agenzia. Recatomi lì per acquistare solo un jr pass, non ho riscontrato alcuna scortesia da parte della dipendente quanto forse un'impostazione dei modi tipica della società giapponese, riflessa anche nelle piccole attenzioni formali durante lo scambio dei documenti e delle informazioni di base. Quanto a ciò, è vero che verbalmente non vengono comunicati i dettagli sul riscatto del pass e sul suo funzionamento, tuttavia assieme al voucher sono forniti altri documenti decisamente esaustivi, pertanto mi posso ritenere soddisfatto in tal senso. Infine, le tempistiche sono state eccezionalmente brevi: in circa 20 minuti l'intera pratica è stata svolta a mio avviso con professionalità ed efficienza. Finally, the timing was exceptionally short: in about 20 minutes the whole practice was carried out in my opinion with professionalism and efficiency.
