Avevo in mente di portare un elettrodomestico per farlo riparare ma, dopo il "test", ho deciso che non mi vedranno mai più.
Bad experience, spare parts prices beyond all logic. And not only!
I had in mind to bring an appliance to have it repaired but, after the "test", I decided that they will never see me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato robot aspirapolvere Hoover a far riparare a due mesi dalla scadenza della garanzia; mi è stato restituito a tre giorni dalla scadenza della garanzia con (dicono loro) sostituzione motore e scheda, e in più ho pagato 25 euro per la pulizia (eseguita? chi lo sa) del medesimo. Dopo tre settimane (usato 3 volte) l'apparecchio già non funziona più. Ho telefonato per fare le mie rimostranze, ma mi è stato risposto che sono tanto dispiaciuti ma ora non è più in garanzia e se voglio che me lo riparino dovrò pagare. Penso che non mi rivolgerò più a questo centro riparazioni, e soprattutto non credo che acquisterò più un prodotto della Hoover.
Brought Hoover vacuum cleaner robot to be repaired two months after the warranty expires; it was returned to me three days after the expiry of the warranty with (they say) replacement of the motor and card, plus I paid 25 euros for cleaning (performed? who knows) of the same. After three weeks (used 3 times) the appliance no longer works. I phoned to make my complaints, but I was told that they are so sorry but now it is no longer under warranty and if I want them to fix it I will have to pay. I don't think I will go to this repair center again, and above all I don't think I will buy a Hoover product anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza inerente la riparazione di un ferro da stiro in garanzia.
Su indicazione del negozio Unieuro di Legnano ho recapitato direttamente il prodotto per abbreviare i tempi, di fatto sono stati necessari 20 giorni per la sostituzione del termostato, anziché una settimana come pattuito.
Al ritiro la signora mi segnala che la piastra era rovinata e se fossi a conoscenza del problema, ovviamente no, perché alla consegna non c'erano problemi riguardo alla piastra di un ferro da stiro utilizzato per circa sei mesi, esclusivamente con acqua.
La ciliegina sulla torta, dopo avermi praticamente impedito di parlare ed essersi comportata in modo aggressivo, è stata una minaccia di querela se avessi "diffamato la loro pluriennale attività".
Mi sono ovviamente rivolta al Servizio Consumatori Philips che ha provveduto (con molta correttezza e gentilezza) a far sostituire la piastra danneggiata in un altro centro di assistenza.
Bad experience regarding the repair of an iron under warranty.
Upon indication of the Unieuro store in Legnano, I delivered the product directly to shorten the time, in fact it took 20 days to replace the thermostat, instead of a week as agreed.
Upon withdrawal, the lady tells me that the plate was ruined and if I was aware of the problem, obviously not, because on delivery there were no problems regarding the plate of an iron used for about six months, exclusively with water.
The icing on the cake, having practically prevented me from speaking and behaving aggressively, was a threat of lawsuit if I had "defamed their long-term activity".
I obviously turned to the Philips Consumer Service which proceeded (with great fairness and kindness) to have the damaged plate replaced at another service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo deciso di acquistare gli elettrodomestici di casa presso il centro assistenza Roveda.
Lavatrice e lavastoviglie Bosch; siamo stati molto soddisfatti dall ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Elettrodomestici di ottima qualità, molto professionali nel servizio di consegna ed installazione, che è anche gratuito!.. Ora torneremo anche per trovare il frigorifero! ... Niente a che vedere con quello che c' è nei centri commerciali, dove difficilmente si trova un parere professionale.
We decided to buy home appliances at the Roveda service center.
Bosch washing machine and dishwasher; we were very satisfied with the excellent value for money.
Excellent quality appliances, very professional in the delivery and installation service, which is also free! .. Now we will also come back to find the refrigerator! ... Nothing to do with what's in shopping malls, where professional advice is hardly found.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco questo centro da anni e mi sono servito più e più volte. Gli elettrodomestici sono sempre stati riparati (quando possibile) in tempi adeguati e a prezzi vantaggiosi.
La signora che gestisce il negozio è sempre molto presa ma non per questo manca di cortesia e spiega sempre bene i lavori eseguiti.
In conclusione dico che sono arrivato al punto di valutare i futuri acquisti in base ai marchi che trattano per essere sicuro di potermi servire del loro centro riparazione qualora dovesse essere necessario.
Approfitto di questa recensione per ringraziare nuovamente la signora per tutte le volte che mi ha assistito.
I have known this center for years and have served myself over and over again. Appliances have always been repaired (when possible) in suitable times and at advantageous prices.
The lady who runs the shop is always very busy but this does not lack courtesy and always explains the work well done.
In conclusion I say that I have come to the point of evaluating future purchases based on the brands they deal with to be sure that I can use their repair center should it be necessary.
I take this review to thank the lady again for all the times she has assisted me.
