Oggi ci siamo recati presso il negozio ad Olgiate e abbiamo trovato in Jessica estrema gentilezza, disponibilitá e accortezza nel gestire la nostra problematica e nel rapporto con il cliente. I have always relied on unieuro and it is the first time that I have had a problem with buying a new phone. Today we went to the shop in Olgiate and found in Jessica extreme kindness, availability and foresight in managing our problem and in the relationship with the customer.
Y	Yumi Minerve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente unieuro Olgiate olona da anni.. nulla da ridire sui prodotti.. mi sono sempre trovata bene.. idem per i commessi.. in particolare Luca molto bravo e preparato .. ma la Sign.ra Anna?un fenomeno quella donna.. preparatissima.. anche in più reparti.. attenta.. efficiente.. professionale.. solare.. e pronta a fare gli interessi del cliente.. il tutto con un sorriso.. che nn guasta anzi.. compreresti il mondo e poi la inviti a cena.. Quindi che dire.. ci fossero di più di persone come Luca ed Anna.. farebbero l a differenza ed andrebbero a compensare.. le pecche dei colleghi.. soprattutto per chi sta in cassa..ufficio informazioni ed a chi dovrebbe rispondere al telefono e non lo fa... ecco il motivo del mio nn dare le 5 stelle I have been a unieuro Olgiate Olona customer for years .. nothing to complain about the products .. I have always had a good time .. ditto for the shop assistants .. in particular Luca very good and prepared .. but Ms Anna is a phenomenon that woman. . very well prepared .. even in several departments .. careful .. efficient .. professional .. solar .. and ready to serve the client's interests .. all with a smile .. that doesn't hurt on the contrary .. you would buy the world and then you invite her to dinner .. So what to say .. there were more people like Luca and Anna .. they would make a difference there and would compensate for the flaws of their colleagues .. especially for those who are at the till .. information office and who should answer the phone and it doesn't ... that's the reason for my nn giving 5 stars

L’attenzione al cliente è super garantita, vorrei spendere una parola di merito al personale del reparto telefonia, in particolare alla ragazza Hanen ☺️Sia io che mio fratello abbiamo acquistato dei prodotti e ci riteniamo soddisfatti! Molto gentili e disponibili! Ci tornerò sicuramente!! I have always preferred other competitors over Unieuro, but I have to change my mind! The attention to the customer is super guaranteed, I would like to say a word of merit to the staff of the telephony department, in particular to the Hanen girl ☺️Both my brother and I have purchased products and we are satisfied! I	Ily Dante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fate attenzione! Se vedete un prezzo sul sito dovete sapere che recandovi in negozio non troverete lo stesso prezzo. Noi abbiamo trovato lo stesso articolo più caro di 50€ in negozio. Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni c è stato risposto che l online non è la stessa cosa del negozio. Quindi mi spiace per i dipendenti, ma quello che lasciano passare è che bisogna preferire l acquisto online piuttosto che nel negozio fisico. Con tutta la crisi che c è io credevo fosse il contrario, ma la politica uniero dice il contrario Be careful! If you see a price on the site you should know that by going to the store you will not find the same price. We found the same item more expensive than 50 € in the shop. When we asked for an explanation, we were told that online is not the same as shop. So I'm sorry for the employees, but what they let pass is that you should prefer to buy online rather than in the physical store. With all the crisis that exists, I thought it was the opposite, but the uniero policy says the opposite
