★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andata ieri sera col mio bambino di due anni(ok non era urgente , questo l.ho capito a seguito dell'aiuto di un'altra farmacia di turno) ho suonato alle sette e un quarto di sera e nessuno mi ha dato retta anche se era di turno. Questa cosa mi ha dispiaciuto molto.
Went last night with my two-year-old child (ok it wasn't urgent, I understood this as a result of the help of another pharmacy on duty) I played at a quarter past seven in the evening and nobody paid any attention to me even though it was on duty. This has displeased me a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, alla richiesta di un farmaco di Tachipirina da 1000 mi è stata richiesta la ricetta. Potevo prenderne due da 500 ma no una da 1000. Il tutto mi veniva detto in maniera scortese. L'elasticità non fa.parte certo di loro.
Very bad, at the request of a 1000 Tachipirina drug I was asked for the prescription. I could get two of 500 but not one of 1000. The whole thing was told to me in a rude way. Elasticity is certainly not part of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale disponibile e gentile, molto professionali. Ti spiegano tutto e sono pazienti anche con clienti un po' difficili, da quello che visto. Sopratutto con questo Covid, che sono tutti più scorbutici di prima.
Helpful and kind staff, very professional. They explain everything to you and are patient even with somewhat difficult clients, from what I've seen. Especially with this Covid, who are all more grumpy than before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse mi sbaglio ma da quando durante il turno di reperibilità notturna per avere un farmaco si deve avere la ricetta della guardia medica?? Così è stato detto a mia figlia 20 enne l altra notte quando alle due si è recata in questa farmacia per chiedere un medicinale antivomito per la sottoscritta che stava malissimo dalle 22!! In piena notte è stata costretta recarsi in guardia medica e poi tornare, inaudito e senza morale visto la giovane età e l' ora tarda... forse seccato perché interrotto il sonno?
Maybe I'm wrong, but since when during the night on-call shift to get a drug you have to have a prescription from the doctor? So my 20-year-old daughter was told the other night when she went to this pharmacy at two to ask for an anti-vomiting medicine for me who was terribly ill from 10 pm !! In the middle of the night she was forced to go to the doctor's office and then come back, unheard of and without morale given the young age and the late hour ... perhaps annoyed because sleep interrupted?
