★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisti allo spaccio con mia moglie. Il materiale è di qualità, e anche ben pagato intendiamoci. Quel che lascia di certo amareggiati è l'arroganza e la maleducazione della commessa alla cassa. Si può capire una "giornata no", ma a distanza di qualche mese siamo passati 2-3 volte e "il benvenuto" al cliente è sempre lo stesso. L'ultima volta che siamo passati in zona sinceramente abbiamo preferito "tirare dritto".
Buy at the shop with my wife. The material is quality, and even well paid mind you. What certainly leaves you bitter is the arrogance and rudeness of the saleswoman at the counter. We can understand a "no day", but after a few months we have passed 2-3 times and the "welcome" to the customer is always the same. The last time we passed in the area we sincerely preferred to "keep going".

La commessa arrogante... Peccato Xche avrei comprato molto e sarei tornata. Probabilmente non interessa vendere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piace lavorare a maglia, soprattutto con la lana che allo spaccio Sesia trovo bella e di grande qualità. I maglioni fatti per i miei nipotini con la lana Mistral rimangono come nuovi anche dopo tanti lavaggi. Lo spaccio è ben fornito, anche i cestoni.
La commessa ha grande professionalità e competenza ed a lei, volentieri, ricorro per spiegazioni e consigli.
I like to knit, especially with wool that I find beautiful and of great quality at the Sesia store. The sweaters made for my grandchildren with Mistral wool remain like new even after many washes. The shop is well stocked, even the baskets.
The saleswoman has great professionalism and competence and I gladly turn to her for explanations and advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono ritornata alla Sesia, I suoi prodotti li trovo ottimi e nel tempo non mi deludono mai!! Questa mattina le lane erano più assortite ( ultimamente scarseggiano un po' tanto), i cotoni erano presenti, le nuance magnifiche che anticipano primavera ed estate. Con gioia ho rivisto la commessa storica Tiziana ( mal sostituita a dicembre), competente nel suo lavoro, brava consigliera per scelta di filati, combinazioni e colori adatti al lavoro che si dovrà eseguire e, proprio grazie a lei, anche oggi gli acquisti sono stati vari.. Uscita soddisfatta ☺️

This morning the wools were more assorted (lately they are a bit scarce), the cottons were present, the magnificent shades that anticipate spring and summer. With joy I saw the historical contractor Tiziana (badly replaced in December), competent in her work, a good advisor for the choice of yarns, combinations and colors suitable for the work to be performed and, thanks to her, even today the purchases were various .. Exit satisfied ☺️
