Per il resto tutti cordiali , premurosi e gentili soprattutto il dottore e la ragazza alla cassa prenotazione tampone ! Apart from the terrible VIPERA who today 4 April 2022 around 2 pm was working to the left of the buffer reservations desk, (which I would fire)…. For the rest all friendly, thoughtful and kind especially the doctor and the girl at the tampon reservation counter!

They had the drug I desperately needed and were so friendly. Even another customer saw I did not know to take a number for the line. I saw her come in after me and did so, then I did. She offered me her number to go before her since she came in after me. I gestured for her to go first but thought that says a lot about people in Vicenza!
