★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo per quanto riguarda il colore: non solo lo ha sbagliato completamente rispetto a quello richiesto, nonostante avessi mostrato un'immagine del suo catalogo, il parrucchiere Enzo non ha riconosciuto l'errore, cercando di far passare il cliente dalla parte del torto e trovando scuse, e non cercando minimamente un accordo per far uscire il cliente minimamente soddisfatto, se non del colore almeno del rapporto con il parrucchiere. Tra l'altro i prezzi sono eccessivamente cari. Mi dispiace perché essendo già cliente, ero andata da lui tranquilla, ma da oggi ha perso una cliente.
