Filtro dell'aria cambiato durante il tagliando ma montato male, me ne sono accorto solo al tagliando successivo (non effettuato da loro) Battery change from 60AH cost € 120. The battery is of an unknown brand and lasted less than 2 years ... Air filter changed during the coupon but badly mounted, I noticed it only at the next coupon (not made by them)

Unico problema è che non prendono appuntamenti più tardi delle 16.00 perché chiudono alle 18.00. È un poco scomodo perche l'attività richiede davvero 20 minuti di lavoro che poi sono diventati 1 ora forse perche devono aspettare delle autorizzazioni dalla centrale operativa. Insomma mi avrebbero potuto dare anche un appuntamento alle 17.00 per non avere problema con l'ufficio... in questo caso avrei dato 4 stelle sicuramente perche lofficina è assolutamente apposto... Ho portato l'auto per una diagnosi e per un tagliando ( il tagliando è costato più di quanto pattuito ). La diagnosi ha riscontrato più anomalie ma dopo il reset non mi hanno saputo dire qual'è il problema, alla richiesta di un ulteriore controllo mi è stato detto "dobbiamo indagare". Quindi diagnosi fatta ma inutile e problema ( ovviamente superficiale non risolto). Oltre a perdere un cliente li sconsiglierò a chiunque. The diagnosis found more anomalies but after the reset they could not tell me what the problem is, at the request of a further check I was told "we must investigate".
