★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enoteca molto ben fornita, anche a livello di superalcolici particolari: un po' per tutte le tasche. Il ragazzo è sembrato competente e molto gentile! Dettaglio non di poco conto visto che di solito nelle enoteche ti trattano con sufficienza se non acquisti bottiglie dai 200 euro in su.
Ci tornerò sicuramente!
Enoteca very well stocked, even at the level of special spirits: a bit 'for all budgets. The boy seemed competent and very kind! Not a minor detail considering that usually in wine shops you deal with enough if you do not buy bottles from 200 euros up.

Io comunque ho pagato loro e sono loro che scelgono i propri fornitori e i propri corrieri.
Riepilogo accaduto :
-Ordine inviato in data 03.08.2020
-Pacco spedito da tracking in data 04.08.2020 con consegna entro 48 ore
-05.08.2020 pacco non ricevuto
-06.08.2020 pacco non ricevuto
-07.08.2020 pacco non ricevuto
-07.08.2020 ore 9,30 - seguito contatto diretto con corriere mi viene riferito che “non sanno dove si trovi il pacco”
-07.08.2020 ore 10,30 – secondo contatto diretto con corriere e mi viene riferito che “ancora non sanno dove si trovi”
-07.08.2020 ore 11,15 – terzo contatto diretto con corriere, mi viene riferito che il pacco si trova all’hub a Piacenza, mi offro di andare direttamente a ritirarlo, ma viene riferito che non è possibile.

However, I paid them and it is they who choose their suppliers and couriers.
Summary happened:
- Order sent on 03.08.2020
- Parcel shipped by tracking on 04.08.2020 with delivery within 48 hours
- 05.08.2020 parcel not received
- 06.08.2020 parcel not received
- 07.08.2020 parcel not received
- 07.08.2020 at 9.30 - following direct contact with courier I am told that "they do not know where the package is"
- 07.08.2020 10.30 am - second direct contact with courier and I am told that "they still don't know where it is"
- 07.08.2020 11.15 am - third direct contact with courier, I am told that the package is at the hub in Piacenza, I offer to go directly to collect it, but it is reported that it is not possible.

Personalmente ho sempre fatto un'ottima figura regalando le loro confezioni di natale e pure offrendo ai miei ospiti il loro vino infatti mi hanno sempre consigliato il vino giusto per ogni piatto cucinato. TOP.... del resto lo dice pure il nome.
Professionalism and experience of the staff, well stocked wine cellar with both wines and spirits. Personally I have always made an excellent impression by giving their Christmas packages and also offering my guests their wine in fact they have always recommended the right wine for each dish they cook. TOP .... after all, the name also says so.
