Tra le numerose bottiglie esposte prodotte da storiche famiglie locali, ma anche da giovani pionieri, ho trovato un responsabile del Consorzio che mi ha illustrato con cura e passione le peculiarità di questo piccolo vitigno DOCG (circa 30 ettari). Oltre al Moscato è possibile trovare spumanti, grappe, conserve, miele e persino olio proveniente dal frantoio di Tribulina, unico frantoio della Bergamasca dove vengono macinate olive nostrane ottenendo un olio leggero, con bassi valori di acidità. In addition to Moscato, it is possible to find sparkling wines, grappas, preserves, honey and even oil from the Tribulina oil mill, the only oil mill in the Bergamo area where local olives are ground, obtaining a light oil with low acidity values.
