★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled across this great restaurant whilst staying at the Caravel Hotel. Great service, great food! Popular with locals. The restaurant only has 2 English menus so you know this place is great because the Italians themselves come here. Massive selection of wine. If we ever stay in Rome again, we'll definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here on our last night in Italy. We were staying at an airbnb within walking distance, definitely in a residential neighborhood with barely any tourist. It ended up being our favorite restaurant out of our entire trip! We got there as soon as they opened for dinner and quickly went from the only people there, to not an open seat in the house. They have a huge wine selection and their food is to die for. We were the only people in the restaurant speaking English, besides the owner/our server. Which made me feel like this is a true authentic Italian place, loved by the locals. It is a very quaint, cozy place with a wonderful atmosphere! The only thing I was upset about, was that we didn't find this place sooner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken was tasty and well cooked. The chips were ok, they tasted a bit strange. I don't think they were fried in fresh oil.
The portions are too small for the price and no disposable knife/fork was given which was pretty inconvenient.
I have gotten the food as a delivery and it was delivered fast and was still warm.
