Il tencico nonchè titolare viene lo smonta, ma da impressione di non sapere che pesci prendere, dando anche impressione di non conoscere neanche i codici di errore forniti dalla macchina (ho dovuto cercarli su internet e mostrarglieli). Dopo 40 minuti di lavoro sostiene si tratti della scheda elettronica e che entro 2 giorni mi avrebbe dato riscontro. Si fa pagare la chiamata (30 euro) e poi sparisce. Lo chiamo diverse volte, ma tutte le volte cade la linea, invio messaggio chiedendo di essere richiamato, ma nulla...silenzio assoluto. Chiamo in sede chiedendo di essere richiamato, ma nulla. Riescono soltanto a dare la colpa alla Carrier, che non ha risposto alle loro email, neanche per dire il costo del pezzo da sostituire. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE, mai vista così poca serietà. Sono stati professionali, puliti ed onesti. I contacted them through their website and was immediately contacted by them for a quote (free) and then later to make an appointment for the job. Chiamato l addetto rifornimento mi dichiara che la nn funzionalità dipendeva dalla caldaia stessa. Ho chiamato nuovamente x un. Pronto intervento ma loro si sono ulteriormente rifiutati di di intervenire dandomi un appuntamento x la settimana successiva lasciandomi così senza acqua calda in casa. Ho dovuto chiamare un altra azienda a mie spese.. Scoprendo che la energy clima nn ha mai fatto il collaudo al momento del istallazione della caldaia stessa. Richiederò direttamente alla savio ulteriori info x quanto riguarda tutte le spese da me subite causate dalla energy clima anche essendo sotto garanzia.
