5 stelle + DOVETE PROVARLO. Che dire. Tutto perfetto. Molto preparati per chi come me è celiaca.
5 stars + YOU MUST TRY IT. What to say. All perfect. We started with a goat foam entrè with dehydrated olives and amaretto accompanied by a flute of "aperifresco" a cocktail created by them with prosecco, Carmignano red and very good spices. Followed by terrine of livers with marbled lard, smoked tartare both excellent and well presented. We divided a portion of linguine with pistachio pesto with burrata and shrimp tartare very tasty and delicate despite the main dishes chosen were meat. Then we moved on to the seconds whose choice was very difficult. We chose the Beef Tataki with pecorino and pistachio cream, which was very good but nothing compared to the pork belly which was nothing short of SENSATIONAL. To finish, a pre-dessert based on homemade lemon and ginger jellies followed by a decomposed cheesecake. Very prepared for someone like me who is celiac. The owner showed me the dishes that I could and could not eat and revisited some dishes such as the dessert in a gluten-free key to give me the opportunity to taste it. Price in line with the quality that you immediately see from the homemade breadsticks already present at the table and the 4 sandwiches to taste with each dish that my partner has greatly appreciated. It is precisely the kind of refined cuisine done well because it is gourmet from the point of view of flavor combinations. We will come back to try the low temperature cooked tongue and the rabbit.

After being in Lake Como (Varenna, Bellagio etc..)then Lucca.. my heart was finally melted in Carmingniano. Antica Torre was a 4-5 Star dining experience in an off the beaten path Tuscan village. We were almost alone in the town sitting on their terrace with wonderful old homes and a few shops in view . The charming and highly trained server suggested a perfect wine, and we’re picky. We had Duck purée with orange and nut crust. AMAZING. Then a picci with venison and berries. I had a tagliatelle with a ragu of rabbit and veal. Soooo delish and perfectly spiced. Throughout the meal surprise breads, mousse, palette cleansers, and sweets came out inclusive of our coperta. Then they even handed us a bag of biscotti on our way out. High end food in a real Italian town. Make the trek. My fav!

The place had a relaxing atmosphere, with friendly service. The food was delicious. In many ways it was very traditionally Italian, but it was not standard fare. We were brought little surprises from the kitchen that were tasty and unique. The wine that the waiter suggested complemented the meal perfectly. It was the most expensive meal that we are during our holiday, but well worth it.

We went there for dinner and we must say that everything was delicious. We each ordered two dishes and we were perfectly full. The portions are good in size and quantity which made them even better. The food is a mix of traditional and a bit more modern food. The staff were very welcoming and nice, always listening and attentive. We recommend to listen to their recommendations, worked for us! The place is also very nice and the terrace does not get cold in the evening, just a bit windy. For those worried about price, you get exactly what you pay for, and more. We definitely want to go back soon :)

Its fantastic place with romantic atmosphere. Me and my husband really enjoyed it. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We've got at first welcoming prosecco, what tastes very good. Also a lot of very tasty starters for free. There are pistachio pesto, fresh backed bread peases and ginger gelantine ? Our food was very amazing. It's really perfect restaurant for somebody who loves good service??? Highly recommended.

unexpectedly good meal here. I'm from America, so it's extremely rare for a small town to support a good restaurant that actually invests in homemade ingredients and attentive waitstaff and so forth. Enoteca Antica Torre would be received as straight-up fine dining where I'm from (a supposedly more prosperous country). the entrees and apps were excellent - I had a memorable rabbit dish that was served with licorice-infused butter and tumeric cauliflower (I think, the menu was in Italian so I'm not 100% sure) - but then the waiters were also constantly brining over little breads and cheese samplers and dessert teasers from the kitchen. it just made for a really well-rounded dining experience. I could write more but I'm just very impressed by this unassuming establishment and hope they continue to do well.
