β β β β β Personale di ufficio indisponente! Abbiamo sottoscritto tre anni fa un contratto per 70 β¬ annui, in cui era compresa una manutenzione l'anno. Non sono MAI venuti e MAI siamo stati contattati. Quando li abbiamo chiamati per un malfunzionamento della caldaia abbiamo dovuto anche pagare la chiamata benchΓ© il contatto scadeva dopo 3 mesi! Per cui abbiamo versato 210β¬ a fondo perduto. Non sono chiari in fase di contratto. EVITATE, ma soprattutto non sottoscrivete abbonamenti annui, sono soldi buttati!!!
 Irritating office staff! We signed a contract for 70 β¬ per year three years ago, which included one maintenance per year. They NEVER came and we were NEVER contacted. When we called them for a boiler malfunction we also had to pay for the call although the contact expired after 3 months! So we paid β¬ 210 non-repayable. They are not clear in the contract phase. AVOID, but above all do not subscribe to annual subscriptions, this is a waste of money !!!

β β β β β Do una stella ma Γ¨ anche troppo. Personale veramente poco attento al cliente . Zero disponibilitΓ e zero cortesia. Per non parlare del fatto che non hanno risolto il problema.
I give a star but it is too much. Staff very little attentive to the customer. Zero availability and zero courtesy. Not to mention they haven't solved the problem.

β β β β β Dopo aver sottoscritto un contratto, non sono mai venuti ad attivarmi l'utenza del gas e non sono mai stato ricontattato. Chiamando il numero verde non mi rispondeva nessun operatore. Non sapendo che altro fare sono andato lΓ¬ per cercare di capire come risolvere. La persona con cui ho parlato mi ha detto, in accento napoletano, testuali parole:
"ma secondo lei io sto qui per risolvere i problemi a voi?"
"io vorrei sapere da lei perchè il contratto lo ha fatto online. Adesso che ha un problema viene da me? non esiste proprio".
E vengono anche pagati. Parassiti
After signing a contract, they never came to activate the gas user and I was never contacted again. Calling the toll-free number, no operator answered me. Not knowing what else to do I went there to try to figure out how to fix it. The person I spoke to said to me, in a Neapolitan accent, in the exact words:
"but do you think I'm here to solve the problems for you?"
"I would like to know from you why the contract did it online. Now that you have a problem, does it come to me? It just doesn't exist."

there is a person who works in the store who is not interested in helping you. if your an immigrant (non italian) forget to go here. very very bad

β β β β β Un tizio maleducatissimo, mi ha visto 20 minuti fuori dal negozio ad aspettare, quando scatta l'orario di apertura se ne va. Torna lo saluto e non mi saluta, gli do il contratto online mi dice che non lo stampa. Gli chiedo "ma se lo faccio online lo mando digitale" mi risponde "allora fattelo online e mi getta il telefono".
A very rude guy, he saw me waiting 20 minutes outside the shop, when the opening hours click he leaves. Back I greet him and he doesn't say hello, I give him the online contract he tells me he doesn't print it. I ask him "but if I do it online I send it digital" he replies "then do it online and throw me the phone".
