Dallo sport agonistico sono passata allo sport consigliato e praticato nella palestra Energy Planet che frequento da ben 11 anni. Personale qualificato e professionale; attento alle esigenze personali; coinvolgente e pronto a portare innovazione e cambiamenti ai corsi per non annoiare mai il gruppo. Un ringraziamento speciale al team Rino e Rosaria che sanno come far amare lo sport e far divertire gli sportivi... inoltre sono il top sia umanamente che professionalmente. Consiglio assolutamente:) For me, sport has always been a source of inner improvement ... From competitive sport I moved on to the sport recommended and practiced in the Energy Planet gym that I have been attending for 11 years. Qualified and professional staff; attentive to personal needs; engaging and ready to bring innovation and changes to the courses to never bore the group. C'è una vasta gamma di corsi ad orari flessibili, ottimo per chi ha molti impegni. I corsi poi sono super efficaci e al tempo stesso coinvolgenti grazie a Rosaria e Rino. La struttura inoltre possiede un parcheggio riservato. Well equipped gym. Very clean and quiet environment. Very courteous and always available, as well as professional instructors. There is a wide range of courses at flexible times, great for those with a lot of commitments. The courses are super effective and at the same time engaging thanks to Rosaria and Rino. The structure also has a private parking.

La struttura offre una molteplicità di corsi : step, body combat, kick boxing ecc, in diverse fasce d'orario pertanto permette di organizzare al meglio la propria giornata senza rinunciare allo sport. Personalmente frequento i corsi di Rino, molto bravo, disponibile, segue tutte le persone che frequentano le sue lezioni senza lasciare nessuno indietro, è coinvolgente e soprattutto molto preparato; Interessanti sono anche i corsi di Rosaria, li consiglio! In poco tempo siamo entrambi, riusciti a vedere i risultati. Palestra ben attrezzata ed organizzata con personale qualificato. In particolare, l'istruttore Angelo che, fin da subito, mi ha dimostrato di essere estremamente professionale e preciso. Fa il suo lavoro con passione e posso dire di aver trovato un istruttore gentile, attento e sempre disponibile! Complimenti a tutta la struttura. Lezioni di ogni genere a tutti le ore del giorno, il tutto accompagnato da un fantastico team: Rino, Enzo, e altri istruttori ma soprattutto Angelo che segue i miei allenamenti con costanza e professionalità.
