Una volta entrati in questa famiglia, sarΓ davvero faticoso e triste lasciarli...la consiglio a tutti...NB: nel box poche foto e tante pompate miraccomando! ??
My crossfit iris experience? SPECTACULAR ... very good instructors, very nice and well prepared as well as being absurd beasts! Once you enter this family, it will be really tiring and sad to leave them ... I recommend it to everyone ... NB: in the box a few photos and many pumped miracommando! ??

β β β β β The time table is not real. I booked a class one day before, and finally I couldn't work out because when I arrived to the place they told me that they didn't have more clases. With people waiting for doing the next...
Small place. And bad experience.
In response to your reply: I telephoned the day before I went to visit you. The person who answered told me that the BOX was open until 14:00 and that I could go at any time. In your web it puts exactly that.
Through the huge windows the BOX looks perfectly from where we were talking.

β β β β β Dropped in while visiting Florence. $20 euro for the workout and about the same price for the shirts. Has a great workout! The coach was great and people seemed friendly. Small crossfit area.

β β β β β Great space! The coach was patient, friendly, and gave awesome tips. And everyone in the class was also really friendly, even though we couldn't speak the same language! Really nice vibe and I'd definitely recommend to anyone. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and professional. I look forward to many more WODs at this wonderful box.
