★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver visto pubblicizzato in foto un disco per bici SM RT ICE TECH CENTER LOCK, procedo all'acquisto, al momento della consegna, dopo aver aperto la confezione, per verificare il prodotto mi accorgo che non corrisponde a quello da me ordinato, chiamo subito il venditore , per fargli presente dell'accaduto e mi risponde dicendomi che il disco pubblicizzato in foto, sul suo sito non è terminato, rispondo che da parte sua sarebbe stato doveroso inviarmi una mail oppure chiamarmi al telefono per informarmi, rispondendogli dicendogli che avrei rinunciato all'acquisto in quanto interessato solo al prodotto visto pubblicizzato in foto, chiedo di essere rimborsato e lo stesso mi risponde che io avendo aperto la confezione non posso essere rimborso.
Ritengo che sia una mancanza di serietà da parte del venditore, che pur di vendere non avverte l'acquirente della diversità del prodotto.

I believe it is a lack of seriousness on the part of the seller, who, in order to sell, does not warn the buyer of the diversity of the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal 14 giugno al 29 luglio per chiudere un acquisto di 4 coppie pastiglie mandate errate rese e barattate per 2 coppie per fortuna giuste e dopo un mese di attesa 2 camere d'aria e 3 barrette.... un azienda che non sa come ci si comporta con la clientela.

Venerdì, ho fatto un ordine sul sito del negozio (5 articoli). addebito istantaneo su PayPal. lunedì il negozio mi scrive che 2 dei 5 articoli non sono disponibili e che i fornitori non danno date di consegna. Mi chiedo io .. ma le vetrine on line a cosa servono sei ci metti gli articoli che non hai in casa ??? Comunque, chiedo il rimborso degli articoli che mancano ... e ricevo subito la conferma che il rimborso è accettato.. bene! ma .. sorpresa, sorpresa... contemporaneamente l'ordine viene cancellato dal fornitore e ci smeno tutto l'importo degli articoli mancanti che ho già pagato e su cui, con paypal, non si può chiedere un altro rimborso in quanto l'ordine è stato già rimborsato (parzialmente) ... la vendita on line non è per tutti ... consiglio di stare ben alla larga dagli acquisti on line di questo negozio
Avoid online orders!
On Friday, I placed an order on the store website (5 items). instant debit on PayPal. On Monday the shop writes me that 2 of the 5 items are not available and that the suppliers do not give delivery dates. I wonder .. but what are the online shop windows for if you put the items you don't have at home ??? Anyway, I ask for a refund for the missing items ... and I immediately receive confirmation that the refund is accepted .. good! but .. surprise, surprise ... at the same time the order is canceled by the supplier and I lose all the amount of the missing items that I have already paid and on which, with paypal, another refund cannot be requested as the order has already been refunded (partially) ... online sales are not for everyone ... I recommend staying well away from online purchases from this shop
