★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Ho fatto contratto con loro ad Aprile, e ad oggi 26 Luglio non ho ancora la fornitura del gas. La cosa più esilarante è che mi dicono che per loro la voltura è andata a buon fine, che ci sarà stato qualche intoppo nella pratica, ma non stanno facendo nulla per risolvere il problema, come sempre nessuno è responsabile di niente. L'impiegato ha avuto pure l'ardire di sollecitare il pagamento di €5 per la cauzione. In un'Italia dove nessuno è responsabile mai di niente, loro si inseriscono perfettamente.
Bad service. I signed a contract with them in April, and as of today, 26 July, I don't have a gas supply yet. The most exhilarating thing is that they tell me that for them the transfer has been successful, that there will have been some hitch in practice, but they are not doing anything to solve the problem, as always nobody is responsible for anything. The employee also had the audacity to solicit the payment of € 5 for the deposit. In an Italy where nobody is ever responsible for anything, they fit perfectly.
