Grazioso soggiorno comune con cucina a induzione e caffè espresso in omaggio per tutti gli ospiti. Excellent location, strategically located in relation to the places of interest in the city. Comfortable rooms with sea view and large flat screen TV. Nice common living room with induction cooker and free espresso for all guests.

Really nice bed & breakfast, the only problem is that the door is difficult to find since there is no sign posted or similar, but only a tiny plate directly on the intercom, beyond this, however, everything clean and well organized, recommended.

Stanza amplia, luminosa con vista sul mare e completamente ristrutturata, dotata di un frigo personale, tv e bagno in camera. Il proprietario mette a disposizione una cucina condivisa, comodissima ed estremamente funzionale.Teatro sullo stretto è tutto quello che si può chiedere per un soggiorno a Messina. Large, bright room with sea view and completely renovated, equipped with a personal fridge, TV and ensuite bathroom. The owner offers a shared kitchen, very comfortable and extremely functional. Theater on the strait is all you can ask for for a stay in Messina.

Posizione strategica per la sua vicinanza al porto, stazione, università, Duomo, tribunale, negozi, bar, supermercati, ristoranti, pizzerie e mezzi pubblici. Il proprietario è stato davvero gentile e disponibile per ogni mia esigenza. Sarà di certo il mio punto di riferimento ogniqualvolta verrò a Messina. Consigliatissimo! I stayed at the Theater on the Strait for a few weeks. Spacious and comfortable room with sea view, modern and functional kitchen, great cleanliness. Strategic position due to its proximity to the port, station, university, Duomo, court, shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and public transport. The owner was really nice and helpful for my every need. It will certainly be my point of reference whenever I come to Messina. Highly recommended!

Service plus ( café et viennoiseries à disposition) une salle commune bien équipée. Je recommande. Magnificent establishment as well as the kindness and availability of its host. Well placed and tastefully decorated. Service plus (coffee and pastries available) a well-equipped common room. I recommend.
T	Timmy Hennessy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel last minute and as it was so cheap I did not have high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The accommodation is amazing! Rooms are in a beautiful old building right on the waterfront with great views across to the mainland. There is free water and WiFi in the rooms. The facilities have all the charm of an the old building with high ceilings and they are spotlessly clean. The rooms also have good Air con. The bathrooms are new and there is also a little kitchen for guests to use. The owner was very flexible about check in times which I appreciated. This must be Messina’s best kept secret!

Located in a beautiful old building, with the apartment inside newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Shared kitchen available with free coffee, snacks and water and cooking facilities. The staff were very friendly and accommodated my early check in at very short notice. Amazing views over the port. I booked for a short stay for convenience while travelling but would be perfect for a longer break. This place is excellent value for money.
A	Agata Rygielska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, clean rooms, well-organized, beautiful view from the rooms, and a nice choice of sweet snacks, coffee, and tea for free. Nice bathroom. Generally a very decent B&B. The check-in and check-out were smooth (a bit too much calling each other with the owners for my liking, I prefer written instructions or a reception). The noise from the street is almost completely blocked by 4 layers of windows. Great croissants at the bar downstairs! A small drawback - the kitchen is one space with the corridor, shared with the other guests - our 'flatmates' were not kind enough to stay quiet after 23:00, but just for a while. One neighbour probably smoked weed and that felt weird. Solid 4.5-5 stars:)
