C	Concetta Torregrossa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero curiosa di visitare un’azienda che produce frutti esotici e non mi attendevo niente di più; le mie aspettative, però - e quelle delle mie amiche Giovanna e Stefania - sono state ampiamente superate dalla calorosa accoglienza di Paolo, il più grande dei tre figli: nonostante la giovane età, mi ha affascinato la sua gioiosa passione che sprizzava da tutti i pori, felice di illustrarci con dovizia di particolari le varie specie di piante e le tecniche di coltivazione, gli esperimenti e le ricerche sulle stesse, condotte anche all’estero. Come Alice nel Paese delle Meraviglie, lo ascoltavamo rapite perché ci ha aperto gli occhi su un mondo sconosciuto e in religioso silenzio abbiamo ascoltato “la voce”delle piante; proprio così, come quelle umane, hanno frequenze e modulazioni diverse!!! Un’esperienza da non perdere! Per non parlare della loro speciale giovane mamma, Stefania; due occhi neri limpidi e luminosi, incastonati in volto allegro e gioviale: sembrava che ci conoscessimo da tempo. Abbiamo chiacchierato e spaziato su vari argomenti ma, soprattutto, ci ha deliziato con la degustazione di marmellate, composte e … dulcis in fondo … pasta con ricotta e finocchietto selvatico: sublime! Gentili lettori, non perdete tempo. L’azienda Bilardi merita ben più di una semplice visita e io spero di tornarci presto. Stefania, Paolo, Andrea e Fabrizio, grazie davvero per la meravigliosa esperienza di vita e … di palato che ci avete regalato. Ad Maiora e … a presto! Un caloroso abbraccio?? Like Alice in Wonderland, we listened to it enraptured because it opened our eyes to an unknown world and in religious silence we listened to the "voice" of the plants; just like that, like the human ones, they have different frequencies and modulations !!! An experience not to be missed! Not to mention their special young mother, Stefania; two clear and bright black eyes, set in a cheerful and jovial face: it seemed that we had known each other for some time. We chatted and ranged on various topics but, above all, he delighted us with the tasting of jams, compotes and… dulcis after all… pasta with ricotta and wild fennel: sublime! Dear readers, don't waste your time. The Bilardi company deserves more than a simple visit and I hope to return soon.
