Nessuna indicazione, nessuna assistenza nemmeno telefonica. Una filiale inutile. Il risultato di tale accentramento è stato assolutamente pessimo e inadeguato soprattutto per i clienti ,siamo soli e abbandonati . Possibile che nessuno è capace di risolvere questa situazione e di riportare tutto alla normalità ?? Mi sembra di ricordare che per la pandemia bisogna prendere appuntamento, mi sono meravigliata che fossero tutti senza e ci fosse assembramento, oltre che non risponde mai nessuno al telefono, un dipendente si è perfino permesso di dire che a quel punto piuttosto avrebbe fatto il centralinista, ma allora non date questo servizio, oltre che siete costretti! Non capisco perché non ci siano controlli anche nelle banche! 2. Purtroppo non per la dipendente che mi ha assistito ma non poteva risolvere il mio problema, voleva essere disponibile ma ad una certa non mi dava nemmeno il tempo di cercare le cose che mi servivano per rispondere a suoi quesiti, subito dopo è arrivata un'altra sua collega dicendo che non potevo stare più del dovuto quando in realtà ero appena entrata, oltre che un signore prima di me era più di un'ora dentro, mentre loro girovagavano per la sala. Mi sono sentita offesa perché cacciata! Sono una persona molto paziente per le situazioni lavorative e mi rendo conto che i clienti alle volte si lamentano per cose che non sanno, ma questa volta posso solo che dare ragione!
