n	nancy nancy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sarebbe da dare zero stelle a questo posto che ormai sarebbe da smantellare....sinceramente funzionava meglio, ma MOLTO MEGLIO 10 anni fa...ora è solo un parcheggio per signori attempati e isterici che vengono messi alla reception (giusto per far capire che il buongiorno si vede dal mattino!!). inoltre, chi sta alla reception non è in grado di dare informazioni corrette, vengono date in modo frammentario, così l'utenza è costretta a fare dei giri e a rimbalzare da ufficio a ufficio.... lo chiamerei piuttosto "centro per far perdere tempo alla gente" altro che per trovare l'impiego! inutile poi dare la colpa dai disoccupati se lo stato e posti come questo il lavoro non vogliono nemmeno crearlo, troppo facile scaricare le proprie responsabilità sugli altri, ma questo è solo uno dei tanti sintomi di un'italia che sta collassando (magari, lentamente, ma è evidente che la situazione sta peggiorando). would be to give zero stars to this place that now would be dismantled .... honestly worked better, but VERY BETTER 10 years ago ... now it's just a parking lot for elderly and hysterical gentlemen who are placed at the reception (just to understand that good morning starts in the morning !!). moreover, whoever is at the reception is not able to give correct information, they are given in a fragmentary way, so the users are forced to make turns and bounce from office to office .... Ci sono i telefoni e non capisco perché chiedono sempre di andare di persona per fare due domande. Comunque parlai con "l'esperto" e mi disse che ne avevo diritto. E ho scoperto poco dopo che invece non ne avevo diritto. Oltretutto mi diede un semplice foglio dicendo che quello bastava per la disoccupazione. Ancora no. Insomma, non sapeva di che parlava. Poi, oggi, in due anni, ho avuto tempo per capire come funziona. Comunque le persone non erano scortesi e anche se questa persona sbagliò completamente a darmi le informazioni che mi servivano era comunque gentile e interessato ad aiutarmi. So and so. Non è possibile pagare persone così incompetenti da non sapere neanche cosa devi fare. Minacciano, ti bloccano la mail, urlano. Ora ho deciso di registrare le conversazioni. Andrò all'Asl per capire se è vero che basta questo sportello per aggiornare la mia esenzione o se devo ritornare a Lecco lavoro previa appuntamento. No perché chiedendo ulteriori spiegazioni mi hanno attaccato il telefono in facci e tutto dopo un accentuato isterismo confidenziale , per nulla professionale . Schifo A shame.
