Entrata per pagare una multa per un bollo, ho assolto il compito ma sono anche riuscita in due giorni a conoscere, preparare e presentare la richiesta di esonero dal pagamento del bollo. Comunque sono andato in agenzia dove hanno orari più flessibili e sono stato tratto con i guanti pagando solo 5 euro in più. Scortese, bigotta, e se ti azzardi a chiedere informazioni ti urla addosso e di una pochezza che grazie a Dio non ho mai riscontrato in altre persone che lavorano con il pubblico. Con tutte le persone che cercano lavoro la SIGNORA è un insulto al mondo del lavoro stesso. Un consiglio? Andate altrove!!!! Qualunque posto sarà meglio DELL'UFFICIO ACI DI MERATE!!!!!! Non ho trovato una persona contenta di questo ufficio anzi ben il contrario e quindi mi chiedo si può scrivere a qualcuno di questi disservizi? Dovete dare alla cassiera un bel tazzone di camomilla per colazione... Noi veniamo a pagare e non a ricevere offese o risposte maleducato da una scorbutica... Soprattutto se dai clienti, come me, c'è stato rispetto, cortesia ed educazione! At 9 o'clock I saw customers respond badly ... I too was a victim of this treatment! M	Mauro Cassella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è preparato e garbato, il locale è ben organizzato e accogliente, alcune pratiche possono risultare laboriose ma il personale è sempre preciso e sa agire con competenza,non do la quinta stella solamente per una piccola discussione con l unica persona che ha posto un cavillo tutt'altro che fondato, e per questo non raggiunge la pienezza del gradimento, pienezza che ho sempre raggiunto con il personale operativo. The staff is trained and polite, the place is well organized and welcoming, some practices can be laborious but the staff is always precise and knows how to act competently, I do not give the fifth star only for a small discussion with the only person who has placed a a quibble that is anything but well founded, and for this reason it does not reach the fullness of satisfaction, the fullness that I have always achieved with the operational staff.
