Mi hanno seguito molto bene, spiegandomi tutto nel dettaglio.
Il personale è molto gentile e professionale.
 I recently went to the Sunia in Lecco, to have the sworn statement drawn up for the agreed-upon type of contracts, and to register lease contracts.
They followed me very well, explaining everything in detail.
The staff are very polite and professional.

Ho sempre fatto contratti normali di 4 anni, ma la persona che si occupa del servizio mi ha spiegato che esistono altri tipi di contratti.
Dopo averci fatto una verifica sul canone, abbiamo stipulato un contratto agevolato che mi ha fatto risparmiare molto sull'Imu e tasse e da delle agevolazioni anche al mio inquilino.
Sono rimasta soddisfatta del servizio offerto
I am a landlord and together with my tenant we turned to this association to make a new contract.
I have always had regular 4-year contracts, but the person in charge of the service explained to me that there are other types of contracts.
After having checked the rent, we entered into a facilitated contract that has made me save a lot on Imu and taxes and also gives my tenant some concessions.
