Non è stato possibile parlare con nessuno per un' intera settimana. Ad oggi la produzione è saltata, perchè non abbiamo potuto agire regolarmente fornendo regolari permessi ai bimbi. Nessuno risponde al telefono o alle mail di richiesta. Un servizio pessimo per cui anche una stellina di valutazione risulta essere largamente regalata. Il servizio non è pessimo, è INESISTENTE. I cittadini pagano gli stipendi di questi statali, che però dove sono????? Al telefono non rispondono (qualsiasi selezione si faccia al centralino automatico) e si rimane in linea all'infinito (peccato però che non sia un numero verde). Personale insufficiente; dialogare è molto difficoltoso in quanto la discussione può essere facilmente interrote più volte per cause esterne (il collega ha bisogno di quello, l'altro collega ne approfitta e si inserisce.. ecc ecc). Non si viene messi in una situazione agevole per spiegare le problematiche (che possono essere anche delicate) con tranquillità con il rischio che si perdano informazioni importanti. Non c'è un servizio di prenotazione. L'orario di ricevimento è troppo breve e c'è la percezione che le problematiche vengano trattate con sufficienza per passare al "cliente" successivo e finire entro l'orario di ricevimento. La nota positiva almeno è l'amabiente interno; finalmente non ci sono i soliti 80 gradi centrigadi tipici degli uffici. Si sta bene. Insufficient service. Chiamo inutilmente per due giorni per capire se i documenti vanno bene o meno, nessuno risponde. Mi tocca prendere due ore di permesso per andare di persona a capire se è tutto ok o meno. Neanche una risposta via email, assurdo nel 2020. Covid period, I send all docs via email for resignation. No reply.
