★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto catastrofico dove non poi finire nulla in un giorno. Personale non competente, senza voglia di lavorare. Signora che si occupa di dare le informazioni totalmente non gentile. Una vergogna. Sono stata tre volte di cui. Prima non funzionavano i copiuter, seconda volta dopo una settimana di nuovo non funzionavano i compiuter. Dopo mi hanno fatto inserimento sbagliato. Terza volta la signora che fa la portiera o qcs altro mi a scaricato....
Catastrophic place where nothing can be finished in one day. Unqualified staff, with no desire to work. Lady who takes care of giving information totally not polite. A shame. I have been three times of which. Before the copiuter did not work, second time after a week again the computers did not work. Then they put me wrong. Third time the lady who works as a doorkeeper or something else has unloaded me ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo do 1 stella, poiché quando mi è capitato di andare (senza appuntamento)
e nonostante le pratiche da svolgere fossero moooooolto veloci (stampa del c2 storico) ci impiegavano davvero molto tempo.
Operatrici che si lamentano del posto dove sono (sedute e al caldo),
Gente che va e torna a casaccio, per non parlare di chi poi si mette a chiacchierare facendo si che la fila si allunghi ancora di più.. Insomma.. O prendete l'appuntamento (vedete foto) oppure cercate di fare le cose online il più possibile.
Unfortunately I give 1 star, since when I happened to go (without an appointment)
and despite the procedures to be carried out were sooooo fast (historical c2 printing) it took a very long time.
Operators who complain about where they are (sitting and warm),
People who come and go haphazardly, not to mention those who then start chatting making the queue even longer .. In short .. Either make the appointment (see photo) or try to do things online more likely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passata parecchio tempo x una pratica e ho trovato una signora davvero molto molto gentile e paziente nonostante le tante persone che attendevano il loro turno! Stamattina sono passata x un c2 e ho trovato una signora invece molto sgarbata e supponente...antipatica come poche! La fortuna di questa signora è semplicemente avere l'età della maresana e un contratto vecchio come lei...perché ai giorni nostri cara signora l'avrebbero lasciata a casa dopo un giorno a causa dei suoi modi sgarbati! Impari l'educazione e dei modi un Po più garbati...perché anche le sue colleghe sono oberate di lavoro ma non maleducate quanto lei!
I spent a lot of time for a practice and I found a really very very kind and patient lady despite the many people who waited for their turn! This morning I went for a c2 and I found a lady instead very rude and opinionated ... unpleasant like few! The luck of this lady is simply being of the Maresana age and an old contract like her ... because in our day dear lady they would have left her at home after a day because of her rude ways! You learn education and a little more polite ways ... because even her colleagues are overworked but not as rude as she is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedì mattina x persone senza appuntamento. Arrivo 70 min prima della apertura e ci sono tre persone... alle 9 apre 4 impiegate una non fa sportello ma la furba di turno riesce a farsi fare lo storico senza andare dalla impiegata preposta...saltando la fila. Arrivano 2 persone con appuntamento della sett precedente e occupano 2 impiegate che si consultano su ogni pratica rallentando il tutto. La dirigente si presenta dopo 35 min dalla apertura e dopo che nessuno sapeva se sarebbe arrivata. Ovviamente sistemi informatici lenti o bloccati. Ho dovuto desistere per la terza volta. Ovviamente non sono indicate le mansioni delle varie operatrici quindi interruzioni x chiedere da chi.... lo sportello non operativo x restare in tema accoglie ultima arrivata e le stampa lo storico. Credo non si possa fare peggio.
Monday morning for people without an appointment. I arrive 70 minutes before opening and there are three people ... at 9 he opens 4 employees one does not have a counter but the smart woman on duty manages to get the history done without going to the employee in charge ... skipping the line. 2 people arrive with an appointment from the previous week and employ 2 employees who consult each other on each practice, slowing everything down. The manager shows up after 35 minutes from the opening and after no one knew if she would arrive. Obviously slow or blocked computer systems. I had to give up for the third time. Obviously, the tasks of the various operators are not indicated, therefore interruptions x ask from whom .... the inoperative counter x stay on the subject welcomes the latest arrival and prints the history. I believe it cannot be done worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato con largo anticipo (2 settimane) per prendere un appuntamento da loro per fare una pratica. Mi viene detto da questa dipendente:
prima che per la data richiesta è tutto pieno e poco dopo che devo richiamare la settimana dopo che avrebbe avuto l'agenda.
Io gli ho detto che ho chiamato con largo anticipo aspettandomi che un calendario sotto mano con gli appuntamenti c'è l'avesse, quindi mi sono sentita dare della maleducata IO solo perché necessito di un appuntamento una determinata data e inoltre sono arrabbiata dal trattamento ricevuto in chiamata da una signora cosi sgarbata nei miei confronti e mi sono sentita inoltre presa in giro. Mi chiedo perché chi lavora lì sia così tutelato da permettersi di trattare le persone come vuole senza ricevere conseguenze. Non ci siamo proprio.
