Personale presente da anni e abbastanza svogliato ,la signora con molta calma compilava la documentazione e mi masticava i creckers in faccia .
Dovrebbero scattare e darsi da fare dato che di gente in giro c'è né molta che potrebbe dare il triplo .
 Very crowded employment center, plus there is a double row.
Staff present for years and quite lazy, the lady calmly filled out the documentation and chewed the creckers in my face.
They should shoot and get busy as there is not a lot of people around who could give triple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una settimana per prendere appuntamento me l’hanno fissato, arrivo all’appuntamento con 15 minuti di ritardo nonostante avessi avvisato il personale telefonicamente mi fanno entrare, attendo un ora nella sala d’attesa, passata quest ora mi viene detto in modo scortese e maleducato che non mi avrebbero accettato per il ritardo nonostante avessi avvisato telefonicamente.
Improponibile essere trattati così in un ufficio pubblico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi brevissimi dall' e-mail all'appuntamento,tempi di attesa annullati grazie alla prenotazione e operatori gentilissimi e disponibili a chiarire qualsiasi dubbio.Forse la digitalizzazione inizia a dare i suoi risultati e migliorano i rapporti tra utente ed uffici .
