★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il CAI è un'associazione formata prevalentemente da volontari e quel che propongono vale moltissimo, soprattutto per quanto riguarda corsi, escursioni e mostre di cultura alpina. Segnalo una carenza in tema di esposizione e vendita di mappe e guide escursionistiche che, se meglio sviluppata, potrebbe essere una opportunità in più.
 The CAI is an association formed mainly by volunteers and what they propose is worth a lot, especially as regards courses, excursions and exhibitions of alpine culture. I point out a shortage in terms of displaying and selling maps and hiking guides which, if better developed, could be an additional opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid o non covid la sera è ammucchiata! Perché non valutare orari di apertura pomeridiana ?! Palestra buona, ingressi economici, personale cordiale, spogliatoi minimi ma essenziali, bar ristoro al piano superiore. Per allenarsi in compagnia e fare più tiri in scioltezza senza l'ansia di persone sotto che aspettano impazientemente ho preferito pagare di più altrove a fronte di un'esperienza più soddisfacente. Io verrei volentieri di pomeriggio.
Covid or non covid the evening is crowded! Why not evaluate afternoon opening hours?! Good gym, cheap entrances, friendly staff, minimal but basic changing rooms, refreshment bar upstairs. To train in company and make more shots smoothly without the anxiety of impatiently waiting people below, I preferred to pay more elsewhere for a more satisfying experience. I would gladly come in the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante zona tranquilla, vicino al centro sportivo. Al sabato a pranzo menu fisso a 12 euro con scelta tra vari primi, secondi, contorno, vino e acqua. Tutto cucinato al momento da un cuoco Ligure eccezionale. Da provare Ristorante il rifugio in città, via Pizzo della Presolana 17.
Quiet area restaurant, near the sports center. On Saturday for lunch fixed menu at 12 euros with a choice of various first courses, second courses, side dishes, wine and water. All freshly cooked by an exceptional Ligurian chef. Try the refuge in the city restaurant, via Pizzo della Presolana 17.
