★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile comunicare telefonicamente con questi uffici..in qualsiasi giorno ed a qualsiasi ora. Un pomeriggio ho provato continuativamente dalle 13.59 sino alle 16... NESSUNO HA MAI RISPOSTO ED OGNI 2,20 MINUTI IL CONTATTO VIENE INTERRITTO.
It is impossible to communicate by telephone with these offices .. on any day and at any time. One afternoon I tried continuously from 13.59 until 16 ... NO ONE HAS EVER ANSWERED AND EVERY 2.20 MINUTES THE CONTACT IS INTERRUPTED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzo questo servizio assai sporadicamente, ma queste poche volte (negli orari di alba feriali o nei festivi in orari diurni) ho avuto sempre problemi. Corse non pervenute o ritardi di 15/20 minuti con conseguenze negative per impegni o coincidenze. Nemmeno a Roma o al sud Italia.
I use this service very sporadically, but these few times (at dawn on weekdays or on holidays during the day) I have always had problems. Rides not received or delays of 15/20 minutes with negative consequences for commitments or connections. Not even in Rome or southern Italy.
