Avendo 2 gomme con problemi di sfaldatura sono stato indirizzato dal servizio clienti michelin a BG. Stefano si è mostrato subito professionale contattando il responsabile di zona Massimilano.
Ci siamo ritrovati per una valutazione a 3 e Massimiliano ha richiesto cambio in garanzia, complimenti a lui e a Michelin, il cliente si sente protetto.
Grande professionalità di Bergamo Gomme che ha poi gestito tutto il cambio in tempi velocissimi.
