Scrivo un'e-mail e chiamo più volte per sapere lo stato dell'ordine senza avere nessuna risposta, mi presento il 07/12/2019 per effettuare il ritiro, e sorpresa, trovo il negozio chiuso con esposto un cartello che indica la chiusura fino al 09/12/2019! Chiamo nuovamente in data 09/12/2019, non ricevendo alcuna risposta. Effettuo il ritiro in data 13/12/2019, dopo aver ricevuto una chiamata da una signora (molto cortese, l'unica che si sia scusata per il ritardo) che mi informa che il materiale è pronto. Al ritiro, ecco un'altra sorpresa, la personalizzazione dello scaldacollo richiesta, è stata fatta AL CONTRARIO!!! Viene chiamato un responsabile, che senza nemmeno scusarsi nè per il ritardo, nè per l'errore di stampa, mi propone il ritiro degli stessi a metà prezzo. Rispondo che io vorrei solo il materiale ordinato, come da accordi. Ribadisce in malo modo che non ci sono altre soluzioni, o il ritiro a metà prezzo o niente, in quanto per loro sarebbe stato impossibile rifare le personalizzazioni in tempi brevi.
