Cliente da alcuni anni, avevo notato che la simpatia e la gentilezza del proprietario non brillassero, ma c'è un limite... Inoltre, informandomi meglio su servizi e professionalità e competenza, scopro che non vi è nessuna attenzione particolare... Perchè farsi maltrattare....?

Dopo aver comprato 400 euro di scarponi con la promessa di un ritocco se necessario, quando sono tornato per il ritocco SONO STATO MALTRATTATO in negozio davanti ad altri clienti prendendomi dell’arrogante perché pretendevo queste cose il 20 dicembre…. lasciate stare non ne vale la pena… ci sono altri posti dove anche la competenza e la scelta, oltre che il rispetto per i clienti, sono molto migliori.
A really bad experience! After buying 400 euros worth of boots with the promise of a touch-up if necessary, when I returned for the touch-up I WAS ABUSED in the shop in front of other customers, assuming I was arrogant because I demanded these things on December 20th .... forget it is not worth it ... there are other places where competence and choice, as well as respect for customers, are much better.

Organizza eventi, test materiali, lezioni di miglioramento per tutti i livelli. Singole giornate o piu giorni.
Sono andato con loro a stubai, mi sono trovato benissimo. Giornata di sci completa, la sera video analisi della sciata, il giorno seguente si riparte dai consigli e gli errori analizzati con i video.
Ovviamente tutto in un clima di vacanza e pochi pensieri.
Prezzi onesti per il servizio e le strutture offerte.
Maestri sci molto competenti e di alto livello (adatti anche per chi sa sciare bene). Thomas e Daniel veramente bravi.
Il supporto dello negozio marco sport è stupendo. Qualsiasi problema con i materiali (ad esempio uno scarpone che fa male) si può risolvere con la grande esperienza del negozio. Stessa cosa per l’acquisto di uno sci, i maestri vedendo come scii ti consigliano il migliore sci per te che durante gli ski test puoi provare.

The support of the marco sport shop is wonderful. Any problem with the materials (for example a shoe that hurts) can be solved with the great experience of the shop. Same thing for the purchase of a ski, the ski instructors see how they recommend the best ski for you that you can try during the ski tests.
