★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continuo a mandare candidature da mesi e dopo poco o non viene letto il mio curriculum oppure leggo Non IDONEO e( su infojob) sinceramente dopo centinaia di candidature come addetta alla vendita resto davvero delusa del loro modo di trovare personale. Ho avuto solo una chiamata a dicembre dello scorso anno e dopo aver visto che lo stipendio non bastava per pagare la baby Sitter ho chiesto alla capo area di non rinnovarmi più. Che ci siano preferenze non lo so ma pensavo fossero un pochino più seri.
I continue to send applications for months and after a while or my resume is not read or I read Non-ELIGIBLE and (on infojob) sincerely after hundreds of applications as a saleswoman I am really disappointed with their way of finding staff. I had only one call in December last year and after seeing that the salary was not enough to pay the baby sitter I asked the area manager not to renew me anymore. I do not know that there are preferences but I thought they were a little more serious.

Mi hanno chiamato la prima volta per informazioni generiche in merito a una mia candidatura su Infojobs per servizi di portierato. Mi ricontattano una settimana dopo per chiedermi se fossi ancora disponibile, poi spariscono per un mese circa. All'improvviso una mattina si fanno vivi dicendo addirittura che posso recarmi presso la loro sede in giornata per firmare il contratto e cominciare già dalla settimana successiva. Poi dopo circa un quarto d'ora, mentre mi sto recando presso la struttura, mi richiamano per dirmi che la suddetta azienda vuole conoscermi tramite videocall prima di farmi iniziare. La settimana seguente faccio la suddetta videochiamata, al termine della quale rimango d'accordo di essere contattato al più presto per cominciare. Nessuno si fa vivo per altri sette giorni, così li chiamo io e scopro che è stato preso un altro candidato al posto mio. Completamente senza rispetto, trattano le persone come fossero giocattoli. Le operatrici al telefono sono irritanti, davvero, una maleducazione che rasenta l'incredulità. Consiglio personale : non perdeteci tempo. Meritano di chiudere!
I put a star only because it is not possible to put zero. Simply ashamed. They called me the first time for general information about my application on Infojobs for concierge services. They contact me a week later to ask if I was still available, then disappear for about a month. Suddenly one morning they show up and even say that I can go to their office the same day to sign the contract and start the following week. Then after about a quarter of an hour, while I am on my way to the facility, they call me back to tell me that the aforementioned company wants to meet me via videocall before starting me. The following week I make the aforementioned video call, at the end of which I agree to be contacted as soon as possible to begin. Nobody shows up for another seven days, so I call them and find out that another candidate has been taken in my place. Completely disrespectful, they treat people as if they were toys. The operators on the phone are annoying, really, a rudeness that borders on disbelief. Personal advice: don't waste your time. They deserve to close!
