Mia figlia Gaia è intollerante al lattosio. Il cameriere ha prestato moltissime attenzione al problema alimentare cercando ogni soluzione possibile per cercare un dolcetto.ringrazio tantissimo Il cameriere per la gentilezza e cortesia On December 29th we had lunch at the restaurant. We had a great time. Very good food. Excellent value for money. My daughter Gaia is lactose intolerant. Prendiamo gli antipasti: solite cose, tartare e sashimi, dopo una lunghissima attesa fermo il cameriere per chiedere spiegazioni, e chiedo del titolare! Risposta del titolare: eh ma dovevate ordinare cose più sostanziose dato i tempi di attesa! Ma siamo seri? Io devo sapere che voi siete incapaci di gestire più ordinazioni? Incapacità nella gestione del tempo, degli ordini e dell’approccio con il cliente. Mi spiace solo per i camerieri che ci mettono la faccia. Personale gentile ci spiega come funziona il menù, ma da lì prima dell’arrivo dei piatti, passa un infinità di tempo a tal punto che innervositi abbiamo dovuto per due volte sollecitare l’arrivo dei piatti. Esperienza rovinata. Tutto sommato i piatti erano molto gradevoli e la location ben arredata con un stile moderno e unico nel suo genere. Experience not to be relived. Siamo arrivate alle 21:30 e siamo state servite in breve tempo. Noi abbiamo ordinato alla carta. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Vivamente consigliato! Unica pecca, portano tutto insieme, devi mangiare allo stretto perché ci sono piatti in ogni dove. A parte questo Consigliatissimo Excellent value for money.
