1h e 50 minuti per sincronizzare una chiave ed alla fine non è stata neanche sincronizzata.
Di cui 50 minuti passati per terra “perché da dpcm non è possibile sostare in officina”
Ditemi voi cosa dovevo fare per due ore in mezzo al nulla.
Però DUECENTO € se li sono presi 1 mese prima e a me neanche una sedia su cui sedermi.

1h and 50 minutes to synchronize a key and in the end it was not even synchronized.
Of which 50 minutes spent on the ground "because from dpcm it is not possible to stop in the workshop"
Tell me what I had to do for two hours in the middle of nowhere.
But TWO HUNDRED € they took them 1 month before and I didn't even have a chair to sit on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo cambiato ben 4 Astra a benzina Opel , ci hanno aiutati specialmente a mio padre. Un feedback positivo lo lascio ai meccanici e il reparto riparazione per la simpatia e onestà che di questi periodi serve. Il reparto vendite molto gentili e professionali.
Sono solo un cliente le mie recensioni non sono di parte se non c'è una giusta causa sia positiva che negativa.

We changed 4 Astra to Opel petrol, they helped us especially my father. I leave positive feedback to the mechanics and the repair department for the sympathy and honesty that is needed in these periods. The sales department very kind and professional.
I am just a customer my reviews are not biased if there is no just cause both positive and negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e disponibile, compreso il meccanico che si è adoperato per risolvere il mio problema. Pessimo il mio giudizio su opel: 3 mesi perché arrivasse una chiave di ricambio. Ho dovuto sostituire la turbina di un opel zafira a metano per eccessivo consumo di olio senza che la opel riconoscesse il difetto di fabbrica (diffuso nelle auto come la mia), 2 volte sostituita la bobina in un auto che ha in tutto 140000 km e la turbina si è Rotta a meno di 100000 km. Non è ammissibile in una macchina che è costata 30000 euro.
Friendly and helpful staff, including the mechanic who went out of his way to solve my problem. My opinion on opel is very bad: 3 months for a spare key to arrive. I had to replace the turbine of a methane-powered opel zafira due to excessive oil consumption without opel recognizing the factory defect (widespread in cars like mine), replaced the coil twice in a car that has a total of 140,000 km and the turbine broke less than 100,000 km. It is not eligible in a car that cost 30,000 euros.
