★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato all'ora di pranzo e ho fatto il corso con una istruttrice molto brava. La palestra mi è sembrata pulita, gli spogliatoi sufficientemente spaziosi ma con poche docce. Mi iscriverò di sicuro.
I went there at lunchtime and took the course with a very good instructor. The gym seemed clean to me, the changing rooms spacious enough but with few showers. I will sign up for sure.

Ho avuto dolori fisici che mi hanno risolto con allenamenti mirati e personalizzati, mi hanno riservato una cura e una dedizione personale senza pari. In passato avevo sempre odiato la palestra, da quando ho incontrato loro sono diventata un'assidua frequentatrice ormai da 5 anni. Grazie ragazzi, siete fantastici, tutti!
Welcoming environment, trained, attentive and very professional coaches. I have had physical pains that have solved me with targeted and personalized workouts, they have reserved me an unparalleled personal care and dedication. In the past I had always hated the gym, since I met them I have become a frequent visitor for 5 years now. Thanks guys, you are great, everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disposizioni covid non rispettate e personale molto scortese. La signora della reception risponde seccata alle domande. Nella sala pesi tutti con mascherina al braccio e nelle sale private addirittura senza maglietta e senza distanziamento.
Assolutamente sconsigliata.
Mi era stata consigliata per il prezzo ma non è economica e le attrezzature sono vecchissime
Covid provisions not respected and very rude staff. The lady at the reception is annoyed to answer questions. In the weight room all with arm masks and in the private rooms even without a shirt and without distancing.
Absolutely not recommended.
It was recommended to me for the price but it is not cheap and the equipment is very old

Ambiente: grande seppur male organizzato.
Attrezzature e macchinari sala pesi datati e spesso rotti restano inutilizzabili per mesi in attesa di manutenzione.
Occhi puntati sulle attività personal trainer che portano evidentemente più soldi.
In sala pesi non c'è un istruttore che segua o corregga le esecuzioni.
Inoltre quando con la mia amica abbiamo fatto presente che non vengono rispettate le normative anti covid19 siamo pure state trattate male.
Spogliatoi: no comment!
Meglio pagare 10 euro in più ma essere trattate da clienti e non da banconote.
VE LA SCONSIGLIAMO!
Con lo stesso prezzo ora siamo in un posto che segue e i risultati anche fisici si apprezzano.
Prices: inadequate for the service offered.
Environment: large but poorly organized.
Outdated and often broken equipment and weight room machinery remain unusable for months awaiting maintenance.
Eyes on personal trainer businesses that obviously bring in more money.
There is no instructor in the weight room to follow or correct the executions.
Furthermore, when with my friend we pointed out that the anti covid19 regulations are not respected, we were also treated badly.
Changing rooms: no comment!
Better to pay 10 euros more but be treated by customers and not by banknotes.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
With the same price we are now in a place that follows and the physical results are appreciated.
