 Excellent croossfit gym in the center of Pisa. Classes with a limited number, followed by competent and friendly instructors. Clean environment and well maintained equipment.

Che dire, il personale è molto simpatico , disponibile e alla mano, la palestra è ben tenuta e attrezzata bene, oltre che avere uno spazio all'aperto molto bello dove allenarsi. Sicuramente ci tornerò! Grazie :)
I went to work and found this box to continue my training. What to say, the staff is very nice, helpful and easy going, the gym is well maintained and well equipped, as well as having a very nice outdoor space to train. I will definitely be back! Thank you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo box di Crossfit in centro città, con un ottimo personale preparato e qualificato. Aperto dalle 7 fino alle 22. Ci sono varie classi di Crossfit divise per livello a diversi orari, inoltre durante l'orario di open box (dalle 7 alle 17) c'è la possibilità di allenarsi in autonomia, anche per chi non pratica Crossfit ma è interessato esclusivamente al powerlifting o weightlifting. Dispone di due sale e una parte esterna col giardino.
Excellent Crossfit garage in the city center, with excellent trained and qualified staff. Open from 7 to 22. There are various Crossfit classes divided by level at different times, also during the open box hours (from 7 to 17) there is the possibility to train independently, even for those who do not practice Crossfit but he is only interested in powerlifting or weightlifting. It has two rooms and an external part with the garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una signora ultra sessantenne mai avrei immaginato che mi piacesse così tanto praticare il Crossfit! La palestra è molto bella, luminosa e aperta su un grande giardino oltre che attrezzata , l'istruttore competente , paziente e gentile .
Per la prima volta nella vita non vedo l'ora di andare in palestra !
I am a lady over sixty I never imagined that I enjoyed practicing Crossfit so much! The gym is very nice, bright and open on a large garden as well as equipped, the instructor is competent, patient and kind.
For the first time in my life I can't wait to hit the gym!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their website (and google maps) say they open at 7:15. So I went there at 7:15 and I found a sign saying they open at 12:00. Unbelievable facepalm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workout was okay, coach was friendly but didn't look like he cared a lot about his class. The one hour class was done after 45 minutes, and the coach didn't even stay in the gym while we were training (what about safety? Giving cues and advices? Motivating your athletes?). They let me train a bit outside the time of the class which was nice and is the only reason I'm not giving a 1/5.
