★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Sección Consular) Lamentablemente me he quedado sin palabras. Es inaceptable la lucha que te hacen pasar con las renovaciones de los pasaportes, piden fotos extras porque las que se entregaron no están bien y al final lo entregan con la misma que no estaba bien.
 (Consular Section) Unfortunately I have run out of words. The struggle they put you through with passport renewals is unacceptable, they ask for extra photos because the ones that were delivered are not right and in the end they deliver it with the same one that was not right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visisite la enbajada para questiones de documentos y quede solprendida muy profecionales, impacables no conocia a nadie pues todos son nuevos pero de verdad este año la enbajada esta funzionando como nunca. El señor de resepcion muy amable y profecionas no tengo quejas trato digno de una embajada
felicidades .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desastroso il servizio e informazioni molto male il passaporto e in ritardo da una settimana chiamo e nessuno mi dice niente solo che devo aspettare ancora la sua chiamata prima era solo 20 giorni adesso chelo un mese e 6 giorni e niente più niente.
Disastrous service and information very bad passport and late for a week I call and no one tells me anything just that I still have to wait for his call before it was only 20 days now chelo a month and 6 days and nothing more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos días la embajada es propio un desastre incompetencia total . En mi caso yo deposito todos lo requisitos para renovar mi pasaporte obviamente pago 100€ Prima y luego casi un mes me llaman para decime que las fotos tienen mucha luz increíble la falta de respeto.
Good morning the embassy is itself a total incompetence disaster. In my case I deposit all the requirements to renew my passport, obviously I pay € 100 Premium and then almost a month they call me to tell me that the photos have a lot of incredible light, the lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite mi renovacion de pasaporte y fue un desastre, mas de 1 mes esperando y llamando. Espero que pronto renueven pesonal, no estan capacitados y no tienen la educacion necesaria para tratar a los clientes.
Puesto que nosotros mismos pagamos los impuestos que pagan sus salarios.
I applied for my passport renewal and it was a disaster, more than 1 month waiting and calling. I hope they soon renew staff, they are not trained and do not have the necessary education to treat clients.
