 I had a pretty complicated problem when I was in Rome. I was not answered at the telephone call during the hours of operation, not in an emergency center, not in an e-mail. I tried many times without answering. I decided to go to the embassy outside the reception hours. I received exceptional service, courteous, patient and professional.
Too bad there was no phone call in the first place

Personale probabilmente frustrato che invece di aiutare e dare informazioni preferisce essere non collaborativo ed impreparato.
Soprattutto in questa situazione delicata per tutto il mondo del covid veramente servizio pessimo.
Suggerisco un corso di formazione per imparare ad avere a che fare con il pubblico e la gente per bene che si rivolge a loro nel momento del bisogno.
Poor service
Probably frustrated staff who instead of helping and giving information prefer to be uncooperative and unprepared.
Especially in this delicate situation for the whole world of covid really bad service.
I suggest a training course to learn how to deal with the public and good people who turn to them in times of need.

I take the suitcase back to Rome with a broken lock and several torn handles ... with a note inside that explains that I was inspected ... but civilly asking was not possible ???
The damage done to the suitcase who pays them?
Turning around in Africa and in Asia I had never experienced such abuse ... shameful
And in the recently concluded journey I found more friendly and kind Arab people ... instead the Jews were always unhinged and always amused in their ways of answering .... verified in 2 weeks ...
Vergognoso....ritorno oggi da un viaggio fatto a isreale...
Riprendo la valigia a Roma con lucchetto rotto piu manici strappati ...con bigliettino dentro che spiega che mi e" stata fatta una ispezione... ma chiedere civilmente non era possibile???
I danni fatti alla valigia chi li paga??
Girando in africa e in asia non mi era mai capitato un abuso del genere...vergognosoo
E nel viaggio da poco concluso ho trovato piu gente araba cordiale e gentile... invece gli ebrei scostanti e sempre ammusati nei loro modi di rispondere....verificato in 2 settimane...
